You retain ownership of the content you upload to AiSU Strata. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing our services, including AI-powered search and analysis.

Our intellectual property

In shortThe AiSU Strata product and brand are ours.

AiSU Strata and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AiSU Strata Oy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Suspension and termination

In shortWe can suspend or end access for conduct that breaks these terms or harms others.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Limitation of liability

In shortTo the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiSU Strata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
