Ask what the procedure is and get the answer with its source and its date — so the on-call engineer can see that the wiki page is stale and the postmortem is not.

Every answer carries the source's last-modified date.

Why the system is like this

Design decisions live in RFCs, review comments and a Slack thread from two years ago. Ask why a choice was made and get the reasoning, not just the outcome.

Procurement sends 200 questions you have answered before. Ask for the previous response and the policy behind it, and reuse what is still true.

Read-only, in an afternoon.

Sign in with Google or Microsoft, choose the drives and channels in scope, and the first index finishes while you get on with the day. No write access is requested, and disconnecting removes the index. Anything outside that scope is never read.
